Georgina Chloe Eku Edewor-Thorley, born December 18, 1986, better known as Eku Edewor, is a British-Nigerian actress, model and television presenter. She is famous for her role as host of 53 Extra, an entertainment program which airs on Africa Magic.

Early Life and Education
Eku Edewor and Kessiana Thorley, her identical twin sister, were born at Portland Hospital in London. Juliana Edewor, her mother, is a Delta State indigene who works as an interior designer, restaurateur, and art collector.
Hugh Thorley, her father, is a British man who has experience in the logistics and food and beverage supply businesses.
When Eku Edewor was a little child, her parents got divorced and both got remarried. Peter Thomas, her deceased stepfather, was a businessman and attorney from Lagos.
She is a Nigerian chieftaincy system member’s grandchild on her mother’s side.
Eku Edewor was brought up in both Nigeria and the UK. She attended St. Saviour’s School and Grange School for her elementary education while she was a resident of Lagos till she was 13 years old.
Then, Eku returned to the UK, where she enrolled in the boarding program at the Benenden School for Girls.
She frequently traveled with her family, spending the holidays at Eku, the hamlet where she was born, in the Delta State, and the summers in North and South America, Europe, and other African nations.
Edewor studied in Coventry, England’s Warwick University. She pursued a degree in theater studies and English literature, earning an honors diploma in 2008.
The New York Film Academy‘s three-month acting for film course was successfully completed by her in 2009.
In 2006, Eku Edewor made her debut on television when she participated in the reality competition Britain’s Next Top Model as “Georgina Edewor-Thorley.”
