Full Job Description
- Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries.
- Generating sales leads that develop into new customers.
- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Managing a team of junior customer service.
- B.Sc/HND in any social science discipline
- Must possess 0-3 years working experience as a customer agent
- Must have good communication skills
- Must be organized and be able to multitask
- Must be able to work under pressure.
